Welcome to Cminta! By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Cminta, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use this app.

Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content provided in the app without express written permission.

4. User Conduct

When using Cminta, you agree NOT to:

Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to bypass or hack the app’s security, digital rights management (DRM), or content restrictions.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our support staff.
Engage in data mining or use automated systems (bots) to scrape data from the app.

5. Subscription and Payments (If applicable)

If you purchase a subscription or digital items, you agree to the pricing and payment terms communicated at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscription management and cancellations are handled through your Apple ID settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cminta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Under no circumstances shall Cminta be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.
